2. Digital Products
Digital products include tutorials, guides, modules and other downloadable content. Upon purchase, access credentials or download links are delivered immediately.
3. Physical Goods
Physical goods may comprise printed materials, hardware kits or branded merchandise. Shipping details and packaging standards are provided on product pages.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are listed in Singapore dollars and must be settled in full before access or delivery. Available payment methods are indicated at checkout.
5. Refund Policy
Please review the guidelines below to determine eligibility for a refund. To submit a request, use our contact form with order details and a brief explanation. Processing time is up to 14 days. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as site credit.
a. Services
For scheduled task systems and process integrations, refund requests are accepted up to 7 days before the agreed start date. Requests submitted later will not be accepted due to preparation commitments. Alternatively, you may transfer the service slot to another person or to a future date within 30 days of the original schedule, subject to availability.
b. Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final once access credentials or files have been provided. No refunds are offered after delivery, except in cases where technical issues prevent access. In such cases, report the issue within 5 days of purchase. Verified issues may result in a refund or alternate digital item of similar value.
c. Physical Goods
Physical goods may be refunded or swapd within 14 days of receipt if items are unused, undamaged and in original packaging. To initiate a claim, send images of the item and shipment information via our contact form. We will provide shipping instructions at our cost. After inspection, a refund will be processed or an swap dispatched, based on your preference.
6. Limitation of Liability
taskengineqx, its staff, agents and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
